Paws & Pause Assessment Day
Assessment Day

Your dog's introduction to the pack

Paws & Pause Assessment Days are your dog's introduction to our enrichment focused daycare. They'll get dedicated 1 on 1 care before being slowly introduced to a small group of dogs. Unlike a standard day, this is a dedicated day where our behavioural team monitors your pup's behaviour and social cues, identifying what they engage with and what they avoid.

We'll then create their bespoke SUS (Set Up for Success) Plan, ensuring a seamless transition into the pack and giving you total peace of mind that your dog is happy, confident, and exactly where they belong.

"I was at first worried about my dog being at daycare as we've been tackling major separation anxiety, but after his first session it immediately became his favourite place. He now drags me so he can have fun with all his friends. The team are super friendly, informed, and helpful, it´s easy to get intouch and I always know what's happening!"

Good questions, quick answers

What age does my dog need to be?

Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old and have completed their primary vaccinations. We welcome all breeds and sizes.

What do I need to bring?

Just your dog, their harness, and their food for the day. We provide treats, toys, beds and blankets. If your dog has medication, bring that too.

What if daycare is not the right fit?

Our Assessment Day is about finding the right environment for your dog, not just getting them through the door. If our behavioural team feel a different care solution would better suit your dog, we will tell you honestly and help point you in the right direction.

Which site will my dog attend?

We operate across two locations. Your site will have been confirmed at the point of booking. If you have any questions about your site, please get in touch.

What time should I drop off and collect?

We are open from 8:00am to 6:30pm. Specific drop off and collection times will have been confirmed as part of your booking.
